The Goal

So here’s the deal, we’re not here to become gym superheroes. We’re not looking to replace our Netflix marathons with actual marathons. That’s crazy talk. We’ve merely decided that becoming “kind of fit” is probably better than being “not fit at all”. With that goal in mind, the premise here is simple: Aim for doing 100 reps, of any basic bodyweight exercise, a day. That’s it. It's just about getting moving and doing a little something every day.

Try to hit 100 reps of any combo of these basic bodyweight exercises. Daily-ish.

  • Push-Ups Even the knee ones count!
  • Air Squats Your couch is there if you need it.
  • Sit-Ups Or any way you can get off the floor.
  • Pull-Ups We won't judge if you can only do one.
  • Burpees Sorry for even mentioning these.
  • Jumping Jacks Just like grade school!
  • Dips Furniture works fine.
  • Walking Yea, this we can handle.
  • Jogging For those too impatient to walk.

Mix and Match

Mix and match however you want:

  • Do 20 reps of 5 different exercises
  • Be crazy and do 100 pushups for the day
  • Do all your reps in one session
  • Break it up throughout the day

There’s no right or wrong way to do it! It doesn’t matter how you mix it up, the goal is just to get you moving and doing a little bit everyday.
